Project: Networking Instruments Against Racial Discrimination

Participating organizations: UNAR, Region Piemonte, Region Liguria, Engineering Spa

Action: capacity building actions supporting local public bodies with the implementation of integrated services and action to promote integration of migrants and refugees.

Definition of inter-regional guidelines for the management of anti-discrimination centers, the monitoring of discrimination on traditional media and web channels, the monitoring and prevention of administrative discrimination.

Challenge: to produce a common standard for implementing and assessing inclusive anti-discrimination services and programmes at regional and city level

Inclusive social impact engendered: interoperabilty of regional and national anti-discrimination services, higher level of competences among local operators in managing discrimination cases, monitoring discrimination through the media/internet; better knowledge and capacities among local public servants to prevent and detect administrative discrimination
