ACTIVATION OF YOUNG NEET, SOFT SKILLS AND SOCIAL ENTREPREUNERSHIP

Participating Organizations: Municipality of Norma (coordinator), Asilo Savoia ASP, ENEF, Isimpact

Action: integrated actions for the empowerment and labor inclusion of young NEETs in small towns, through the development of soft skills, labor market orientation and training and financial support for the creation of social enterprises

Challenge: involvement and reactivation of young NEETs aged 18 - 30 in small and peripheral/rural towns

Inclusive social impact expected: exit from the NEET condition, improved employability and labour inclusion of the participants, competences and skills (business, digital, trasversal), self-esteem and trust, civic engagement

Methodology: quali-quantitative methods, ex-ante/ex-post data collection
