Paola Di Lazzaro - Communication and Listening Manager
Communicating how we change the contexts in which we operate: what was there before, what came later and how it was modified; The assessment of the social impact can not be separated from its narration. And the assessment of inclusive social impact can not ignore the best ways to involve our target audiences.
This is why we have Paola as our communication and listening manager.
Outside isIMPACT: Paola is a journalist and strategic communicator who is passionate about human rights and social policies. Her experience includes communications, project management, field research and teaching.
Thanks to her interdisciplinary approach she advices organizations on shaping their communication strategies while enhancing their knowledge of targets and micro target groups, by means of psycho-social research techniques and methods.
She has been working for many years as responsible of national and international programmes and campaigns to prevent and combat discrimination against migrants, LGBTQI, people with disabilites, Roma people. She collaborated with the Department od Equal Opportunities of the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Economic Development, many Universities, local administrations, NGOs and with the National Association of Journalists. She collaborated with the Reasearch Institute Beck delivering training activities and seminars on anti-discrimination issues and the breaking of stereotypes. She served as member of the “Inter-institutional Table for the fight against web intolerance” set up at the Department of Youth Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
Education: She has a Master’s Degree in Public Communication and a Master in Ethnopsychiatry and Psychology of Migrations
