For the last 10 years, Sveva has been working in a public research organization with a focus on life long learning, skills development and public policy assessment.

Sveva gained experience as researcher within numerous European projects regarding work-life balance and gender mainstreaming, using a wide range of social research and impact assessment methods and techniques.

Education: Phd Student in Social Research Methodology, she is graduated in Management Engineering for Public Administration.
